Everything you need to know about where to find us and what to expect for fall, the holidays and Spring 2022

We did it!

After 25 years at our 11335 Michigan Rd. garden center, we moved to an inspiring new spot just six miles up Michigan Rd. It’s going to be called Altum’s at Finley Creek, and it’s going to be fabulous.

In the meantime, we’re embracing the charming countryside and offering everything you need for fall and the holidays in an open-air market. That is, until we transform into the very best version of Altum’s in Spring 2022.

How about some questions and answers?

1) Where is Altum’s now and how can we find you?

Same road, just 6 miles north. The address is 795 US-421. When you pass the Fire Department on your left, look to the right and you’ll see the Altum’s sign and entrance.

As usual, you can also find us online and shop 24/7 at altums.com.

2) Are you open for business?

Yes! And we miss you!

3) What does the new Altum’s look like now?

This is a visual pit stop on our way to the real thing. So, we’re embracing our rustic, roadstand roots for now and really appreciating the laid-back feel of the countryside. It’s really peaceful and pretty and we’re making it easy to find everything you’re looking for.

We’re also partnering with Finley Creek Vineyards and are exploring many inspiring opportunities as neighbors.

4) What can I find for fall when I visit?

Everything you’d expect, plus a little overachieving in the Grab & Go Porch Pot department. You can pre-order your pots online, pick from some large lovelies in store or ask for something made to order.

5) What if I want to plant my own containers?

Great, we love that about you!

We’re receiving fresh shipments daily of everything you need to create your own containers and to plant up a lovely autumn landscape. You’ll find really amazing mophead marigolds, shapely and fresh mums, perennial grasses, cabbage and kale, pansies, zinnias, petunias and more.

And we’re always game for giving planting pointers!

6) Do you have houseplants for indoors?

Sorry, not right now. We’re focusing on everything outdoors, including fall decorating and planting. But houseplants are coming and we’ll definitely keep you posted.

7) What about trees and shrubs?

We can order exactly what you want, not just what’s sitting here. It might take a few days to a week (depending upon availability), but if you need something now, let us know! Check just some of the options online.

8) Can you still deliver and plant?

Yes, we’d love to!

9) Can I still shop online and how can I get it?

Yes! You can shop fall goodies online any time of the day, pick up at a convenient time or have delivered. We even deliver free to locals when you spend $150 or more. Check out the amazing Altum’s Fall Collection.

10) What else do I need to know?

You can pay without waiting in line! We’ll come to you and swipe your card. We also accept checks, but no cash, please. We think you’ll love the simplicity!

11) What can I expect for the holidays?

Christmas magic! Plus the same rustic feel that we’re going to embrace. Think Charlie Brown tree stand, but with gorgeous trees and greens you can pre-order online and pick-up in person or have delivered. As well as shopping onsite with really friendly people.

Rumor has it there may be food trucks and twinkly lights and…we don’t want to give too much away.

12) Can I still buy gift cards?

Yes, always! In store or you can order and send e-gift cards online, anytime.

13) What will you be doing over the winter?

We’ll be busy building Altum’s at Finley Creek! It’s going to be beautiful, functional, filled with ideas and inspiration and a fair share of magic. You’ll be able to envision the possibilities, and we’ll break down how to make them happen.

We’ll keep you posted on progress. You can always shop online and we’ll offer convenient options for pick-up and local delivery.

14) What if I have questions or need something?

Just give us a call at (317) 733-GROW. We’re here for you and we’ll make sure you get what you need.

15) Should I come and visit?

Yes, please.
