PINSTRIPED + PRETTY
We are smitten with the Birkins’ round, pure-white pinstripes on dark green foliage. They’re actually not that easy to find, so we’re thrilled to have them in the greenhouse. This philodendron is actually a smaller, non-vining variety that is slow-growing, so its a smart investment to find a pot you love because you can stick with it.
Your Birkin will do best in medium to bright, indirect light and moist soil, which means regular watering, but never soaking and always ensuring good drainage (something to remember when buying your pot). You’ll also want to let yours dry slightly between watering. We recommend a moisture meter if you’re a little skittish about getting watering right.
