Globe Blue Spruce

A BRIGHT SPOT IN THE LANDSCAPE

We love Globes for the way they accent special spots in the yard. Their upright, broad form and densely branched, silvery blue needles are distinctive and add brightness to dark parts of the yard. We love ours next to an emerald green lawn or hardy green shrubs or perennials.

Your dwarf Colorado Blue Spruce does best in full sun, is slow-growing and globe-shaped when young, but will eventually transform into an upright, broad shape, wider (5-6 feet) than tall (3-5 feet). You can always prune out vigorous shoots to maintain the globe habit.
