Not many houseplants bloom as profusely as Jasmine, and we’re here for it. Especially because these tiny buds begin blush pink, then open into tendrils of creamy-white, fragrant flowers. We like to keep ours where we can touch it and release its sweet smell.
Place your jasmine near a south-facing window where it gets some direct sun and a lot of bright light. Yours will most likely be flowering when you bring it home, so be sure to keep the soil moist (but not soggy) consistently to ensure longer bloom time. You can also place yours in a saucer with pebbles and a bit of water. Another benefit? Jasmine travels with you outdoors. Once the threat of frost is over, bring yours outside to a shady spot and gradually introduce it to more sun. You can keep it outside again until the frost of fall.
