AND SO THIS IS CHRISTMAS…ACCORDING TO THE XL CACTUS
If a cactus could celebrate Christmas, this is what it would look like. Flat, glossy green leaves that are sort of segmented in sections can grow up (and hang) up to 3 feet! And at the end of these branches appear otherworldly creamy apricot blooms, looking extra surprising and colorful at the end of such severe cactus branches. We feel like they embody a modern take on Christmas, spare yet striking and beautiful.
Your 8″ extra-large plant will do best in an east-facing window (moderate light, with some direct morning sun), with frequent misting and barely, but evenly moist soil. We also give ours Jack’s Houseplant Special every 2-3 weeks to keep them blooming and strong.
