EVERYONE KNOWS YOUR AUNT CAN MOVE THAT RUBBER TREE PLANT

We joke, but there are some seriously cool things you need to know about the rubber plant. This guy is a tough yet easily adaptable houseplant and a rockstar when it comes to cleaning the air. We love its gorgeous glossy leaves, too. And so will your aunt. Or mom. Or anyone, really.

We like to mist ours and wipe down the leaves with a damp cloth to help the plant absorb more sunlight. Plus, it keeps the leaves looking their glossy, glamorous best. Make sure to keep your soil moist, but don’t drown your Rubber Plant or you’ll risk root rot. Good drainage is key.
