Snake Plant

From: $48.00

The Snake Plant is much nicer than it sounds. In fact, while most plants use oxygen at night, this one gives it off…while filtering toxins like formaldehyde and benzene from the air. Otherwise known as Sansevieria (has a nice ring) or Mother-in-Law’s Tongue (not the nicest ring), the Snake Plant doesn’t need the spotlight (i.e. low light) and is low maintenance, to the point of neglect. So if you travel or are busy like the rest of us, it will be forgiving if you don’t check in as much as usual.

LIGHT: Low light, great for bedrooms
WATER: every 10 days
FERTILIZER: Use Jack’s Houseplant Food March – August
TEMPERATURE: between 65-75 degrees- It’s in the succulent family so you can enjoy in shady outdoor spots during summer
INSIDER TIP: Adds oxygen to the room!

I was excited to pick up my beautiful, mature plant. It was extremely easy, everyone was very nice and quite helpful! I will return for sure!
